We are seeking a Digital Creator / Graphic Designer who thrives in a mobile-first, digitally driven environment and is excited to bring our brand to life across web, social, and in-venue experiences.
What You’ll Do:
• Design engaging digital content for web, mobile, and social platforms
• Create visually compelling graphics to support marketing campaigns and promotions
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Develop creative assets that enhance both online presence and in-venue guest experience
• Support rapid-turn creative needs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
IDEALLY YOU’LL HAVE:
• Strong graphic design and digital content creation skills
• Experience designing for mobile and web platforms
• Ability to balance creativity with speed and execution
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of branding and visual storytelling
• Availability to work hybrid on-site near any RPM Raceway location (Long Island, Stamford, Syracuse, Jersey City, Chicago) for collaboration and venue integration
You’ll Crush It If You Have Experience With:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Reels)
• Designing for mobile-first and responsive web platforms
• Video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Branding, campaign design, and high-impact promotional graphics
• Fast-paced environments where speed and creativity matter
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
