Responsibilities
Generate new pest control customers through door to door sales, networking, and local outreach.
Build relationships with homeowners and local businesses.
Educate customers about pest prevention and treatment options.
Compensation
Commission on every new customer sold.
Ongoing commission on recurring services.
Bonus opportunities for high performance.
Monthly vehicle allowance available.
Top performers can $1,000 to $3,000 per month depending on performance.
Vehicle Requirements
A clean, reliable, and presentable vehicle.
Valid drivers license
Current personal auto insurance.
Willingness to place a removable Lonestar Pest Management TPCL identification decal on vehicle.
Lonestar Pest Management will provide non owned vehicle insurance coverage while working.
