Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of residential (and occasional light commercial) HVAC systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service that builds trust and generates repeat business.
- Share your knowledge by guiding and training less experienced technicians as you progress.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with rotating on-call duties) Primary Shop Location: Castroville, TX
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Hourly Pay: $22-$45 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
- HVAC technical training certificate (preferred)
- NATE certification (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Must have your own hand tools
