We are seeking a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Lone Star Turbo. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who excels in organization, communication, and customer service.
This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing schedules, coordinating resources, and maintaining clear communication between departments and clients. This role requires a strong administrative background, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to stay on top of multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’ll serve as the central point of contact for coordinating service schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring customers receive timely and professional communication. You’ll work closely with internal departments to support daily operations and help ensure projects and service requests are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Pay Range: $20 – $30 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Location: 8883 West Monroe Rd, Houston, TX 77061
Travel: None required

You’ll work closely with internal departments to support daily operations and help ensure projects and service requests are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain daily schedules for service and support teams
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and updates, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, data entry, and job file maintenance
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and service requests with a focus on responsiveness and customer satisfaction
- Administer job-related logistics including part requests, tools, required resources, and technician travel/commute coordination
- Assist with quotes, purchase orders, billing documentation, and job close-out reports
- Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Business Central and other company systems
- Track deadlines, service dates, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow
- Support leadership with departmental reporting, scheduling, and coordination tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience
- 3 years of administrative or customer service experience (industrial/manufacturing experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Customer-focused attitude with professionalism, empathy, and follow-through
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP software
- Experience with scheduling or coordinating multiple team calendars
- Familiarity with invoicing, quoting, or other administrative support functions
