A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its finance team. This role will own the Accounts Payable process while supporting month-end close, account reconciliations, inventory accounting, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close and journal entries
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
- Support inventory accounting, costing, and fixed asset tracking
- Prepare financial reports and support audit activities
- Identify process improvements and assist with ERP-related initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of accounting experience with full-cycle AP responsibility
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- ERP experience required; Epicor and Bill.com are a plus
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
