What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Secretary/Assistant position at Lombardi & Lombardi, P.A.?
LEGAL SECRETARY/ LEGAL ASSISTANT - Lombardi & Lombardi, P.A. (Edison Office) is seeking an experienced legal secretary/ assistant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as a point of contact between attorney(s) and clients
- Drafting and editing legal documents and correspondence
- Electronic filing of Court Pleadings
- Managing attorney(s) calendar
- Managing telephone calls and emails for the attorney(s)
- Transcribing dictation
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of both federal and state court filing requirements
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Salary will be commensurate with experience. We offer health benefits, paid time off, along with additional benefits.
