Lombardi Family Concepts is eager to kick start our grand opening of Maison Chinoise in Houston, TX - coming this summer!
Join us as we prepare to open the doors of Maison Chinoise, a bold new dining destination where traditional Chinese flavors meet contemporary sophistication.
We are looking for experienced Servers who would like the opportunity to help us build a solid front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate, self-motivated, diligent, and with a natural inclination to make the people around them happy.
As a server, you will provide an excellent dining experience by greeting guests in a timely fashion, suggesting appetizers/drinks based on their preferences or daily specials, taking orders, delivering orders to the appropriate people in the bar/kitchen, closing checks, etc.
To Qualify, you must:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Server in an upscale dining, high volume restaurant
- Be friendly and upbeat
- Be passionate about food and wine with a desire to expand your knowledge base
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be a team player
- Have great communication and interpersonal skills
- Have TABC and Food Handler Certifications
