Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, managing guest orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Perform bussing duties as needed to maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations for guest checks.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience in a server role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential.

Pay: $2.13 - $25.00 per hour
