Construction Project Manager

Job Overview
Lombardi Development Company is now accepting applications for a Project Manager for our Follansbee, WV and Morgantown, WV offices. We are a commercial general contractor looking for qualified individuals who are eager to learn and grow professionally. This position is expected to have progression towards a Project Manager position. Benefit package available.

Duties

• Assisting the senior project managers.
• Reviewing blueprints & specifications.
• Attending job site meetings.
• Preparing RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, schedules, etc.
• Coordinate and oversee construction activities.
• Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Communication with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners.
• Ordering material.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills & professionalism.
• Must be proficient with computers.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Must be self-motivated & able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with blueprints.
• Experience with Procore is a plus.
