Position SummaryThe Sales Administrator provides essential support to the sales team by managing quotations, processing sales orders, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, preparing accurate pricing and product quotes, and coordinating communication between internal departments.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver accurate customer quotes, proposals, and pricing sheets in a timely manner.Process sales orders and ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.Maintain up-to-date customer records, order histories, and sales data in CRM or other internal systems.Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, shipment details, and general inquiries.Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to confirm timelines, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.Generate and distribute sales reports, sales metrics, and forecasting data for management as needed.Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing sales files.Support the development and maintenance of standardized quoting procedures.Handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence, data entry, and document management.Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.9 am- 6pm Monday- Friday (some weekends)Qualifications SectionHigh school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles required.Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, including invoicing, order entry, and account management.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred.Must be able to type 50–55 words per minute with accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Customer-focused mindset and ability to build positive professional relationships.Company DescriptionLomar Specialty Advertising is a trusted, family-owned provider of high-quality promotional products, custom branded gear, and specialty advertising solutions.
