What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at Lola Products?
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who’s equally comfortable designing for digital such as for websites, banner ads, ecommerce images, email marketing etc. and for the physical world of print such as packaging, signage, displays, collateral etc. You’ll create compelling visual work across digital platforms and print materials, bringing ideas to life with strong design thinking, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of brand consistency. You will natively create at times and other times you may use Ai tools for speed. If can shoot product images and videos with a smart phone and edit in places like Canva- that is a huge bonus.
This role is perfect for a designer who loves variety—someone who can move seamlessly from social media graphics to brochures, from web layouts to event signage.
- Design high-quality visual assets for digital channels (web, social media, email, ads, presentations...)
- Create print-ready materials (packaging, brochures, flyers, signage, POP displays...)
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into strong visual concepts
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touch points
- Prepare files for production, ensuring accuracy in specs, formats, color profiles, and resolution
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while maintaining creative integrity
- 7 years of professional graphic design experience (or equivalent portfolio)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design
- Experience working with printers or production display vendors
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Figma or similar tools a plus
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Knowledge of print production processes and best practices
- Ability to design for different audiences, platforms, and formats
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
- Motion graphics or basic animation experience
- UX/UI or web design experience
- Familiarity with marketing tactics or branding strategy
- Creative freedom with real impact
