What You'll Do:
- Greet every guest warmly and manage their entire salon experience
- Book appointments, handle check-ins/checkouts, and keep the schedule flowing
- Proactively recommend services, promotions, and products based on client needs
- Encourage rebooking and help clients maintain their hair goals
- Keep the front desk and salon organized and welcoming throughout the day
- Support stylists by anticipating needs and maintaining smooth operations
- Contribute to salon goals around sales, rebooking, and client retention
- Identify ways to improve guest experience and salon operations
- Have 1-2 years in customer service, retail, or hospitality (salon/spa experience a plus)
- Take ownership and look for ways to elevate what we do - not just complete tasks
- Stay organized and positive when managing multiple priorities at once
- Are comfortable starting sales conversations and promoting what we offer
- Take initiative without being asked - you see what needs doing and do it
