What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Manager position at Lokre Real Estate?
Lokre (lokre.com) transforms the rigid and isolating housing model of yesterday into a flexible community-driven experience for today with their new concept bantr (bantrliving.com). Our mission is to create living environments that inspire people to progress holistically in their lives. Our thoughtfully engineered apartments are furnished with everything you need to move in, whether alone, with family, or with friends. Shared spaces including lounge areas, co-working facility with private offices and a conference room, fitness studio with Peloton bikes, a chef's kitchens, and more create a lively environment within the building. We also opened remodeled a beautiful hotel that was formerly the grand lodge hotel and waterpark and recently opened central Wisconsin's newest entertainment venue.
We are looking for a qualified maintenance manager to join our growing team. We're looking for an independent, dependable and skilled technician that can assist with the following and more in and around the central Wisconsin markets - preventative maintenance, drywall and painting, locks & doors, flooring, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, furnace & boiler repair, fire alarm inspection, HVAC, carpentry, and apartment turnovers. The majority of your work will be at our hotel/apartment project at 805 Creske Avenue, Rothschild, WI.
The right candidate will have the ability to grow with our company (even outside maintenance if you have the desire) and learn from our leadership team as we expand this concept to many other communities. Please check out our property site for our first building at bantrweston.com as this is the primary property you would be helping with.
