About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Success Representative to join our on-site team. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have a smooth experience and get the support they need. You’ll help build strong relationships, address inquiries, and assist in resolving any issues quickly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, both in person and via phone/email.
  • Assist clients with questions, product use, and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback.
  • Track and report customer interactions and follow up as needed.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Prior experience in customer support or client-facing roles is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time.
