First 90 Days: Foundation, Training & Development


Your first 90 days are focused on establishing the foundation for success as a financial advisor.

During this phase, you will:


• Participate in structured onboarding and training

• Learn the fundamentals of wealth management and financial planning

• Build relationships with experienced advisors, mentors, and team members

• Develop an understanding of our client-first approach and advisory process

• Begin learning how to create meaningful client relationships


Year 1: Building Your Skills & Establishing Your Practice

Your first year is focused on developing the skills and habits necessary to grow as an advisor.

You will:


• Develop client acquisition and relationship-building strategies

• Strengthen communication, discovery, and financial planning skills

• Establish personal and professional goals

• Create a business plan with measurable objectives

• Begin building your foundation toward developing your own client base


Licensing & Professional Development

Becoming a financial advisor requires commitment to professional standards and industry requirements. We provide guidance throughout the licensing process by helping you:


• Understand required licenses and registrations

• Create a realistic exam timeline

• Access resources and support throughout the process

• Stay accountable as you work toward becoming fully prepared to serve clients


Years 2–3: Growing Expertise & Building Your Business

As you gain experience, your focus shifts toward expanding your expertise and growing your advisory practice.


You will:


• Deepen relationships with existing clients

• Continue acquiring new client relationships

• Strengthen your financial planning capabilities

• Expand your referral network

• Refine your marketing and business development strategies

• Grow assets under management and your overall impact
