ATW is seeking a Billing & Collections Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will manage accurate billing processes, oversee collections, ensure compliance with financial policies, and support the end-to-end revenue cycle.

Duties
- Prepare and review invoices using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Monday, Magaya, and other financial tools to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage accounts receivable by tracking outstanding balances, following up on overdue payments, and reconciling accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Perform detailed account analysis and account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of billing data against source documents.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, account reconciliation, and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Expertise in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes along with revenue cycle management techniques.
- Excellent analysis skills for reviewing financial data accurately and identifying discrepancies promptly.
- Ability to perform detailed analysis using analysis skills related to account analysis and account reconciliation procedures.
- Strong understanding of governmental accounting standards if applicable, along with non-profit accounting practices.
- Technical proficiency in financial software applications combined with strong math skills for precise calculations.
- Effective communication skills including phone etiquette for interacting professionally with clients or vendors.
