Job Title: Lead DevOps Engineer-Salesforce Platform

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Experience: 13 Years

Required Skills:

Experience working on complex projects, with at least 2 years in a leadership role as a DevOps Engineer
Hands-on DevOps experience on the Salesforce platform

Desired:

Experience with Salesforce Metadata API, Change Sets, Scratch Orgs, and Unmanaged Packages
Experience with Git, YAML, and CI/CD pipeline scripting
Experience with Salesforce Security, Shield Encryption, and SSO configuration

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines
Manage Salesforce environments, sandboxes, and version control using Git and branching strategies
Establish automated deployment, rollback, and release validation workflows
Coordinate sandbox refresh schedules and data seeding processes
Automate deployment approvals aligned with Salesforce CoE governance and Architecture Review Board standards
