Job Title: System Integration Engineer Level II (Salesforce)
Work Location: Albany, NY / New York City, NY (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Mandatory Qualifications
- Level II: More than 7 years of experience working on complex IT projects
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer
- More than 7 years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM
Desirable Qualifications
- 2 years of experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft
- 2 years of experience designing large multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred)
- 1 year of experience with Salesforce Shield, encryption, and platform security
- 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
