About The Role
This Project Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position in our Parts and Solutions Division. Responsibilities include: collaborating with stakeholders to develop clear project scopes and objectives; developing a detailed plan to monitor & communicate project progress and coordinate the resolution of issues; working with team members throughout the organization, as well as external stakeholders and solution providers for seamless execution; measuring project performance using appropriate tools; and leading project updates to stakeholders and management.

What You Will Do
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and budgets involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor project progress, collaborate to schedule and delegate work efforts, and coordinate the resolution of issues as they arise. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Work closely with team members from various internal departments, as well as external stakeholders and solution providers, to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools and lead project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in order to develop and evolve our project management practice.

Qualifications
What you need to have:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience: 2-7 years
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, best practices, and software tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively; excellent analytical skills
- Proven self-management and team management skills
- CAPM, CPM, or PMP certification is beneficial but not required
- Understanding of ITGC, Change Management, and Agile Methodologies is beneficial but not required
