Seeking a Service Desk Technician for a long term contract with in Long Beach. Detailed Position Summary Position requires in-depth knowledge supporting desktop applications in a Windows 11 environment. In addition, position requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and deployment technologies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Tasks would include: 1. Create and work Service Desk tickets to final resolution 2. On-site network troubleshooting 3. Maintain and upgrade equipment hardware and software 4. Software installation and troubleshooting 5. Printer and Copier service desk support 6. Basic Android and iOS mobile device support and deployment. 7. Conference room Audio / Video setup and support. Required Knowledge and Attributes 1. Comprehensive understanding of computer hardware and software 2. Create and work Service Desk tickets to final resolution 3. On-site network troubleshooting 4. Excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the phone 5. Excellent problem-solving skills 6. Self-Motivated 7. Good Communicator 8. Sense of Ownership 9. Takes initiative 10.Able to work closely with others in a team environment Professional Computer Software and/or Hardware certifications is a plus. Work is currently performed remotely and on site.
