Job Description
- Serve as a trusted HR technology advisor, recommending governance, scalability, and optimization strategies for Workday.
- Configure and manage Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Talent, and others, including security and business processes.
- Design, build, and support integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
- Partner with HR, IT, and Finance teams to execute cross-functional projects and ensure system alignment with business needs.
- Maintain system stability, data accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA).
- Deliver advanced reporting and analytics to support business decisions and workforce planning.
- Monitor Workday releases and manage system updates to ensure continued platform efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in HR systems, with at least 3 years in Workday administration.
- Proven expertise in Workday module configuration and integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance standards, and data management best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Solid project management and problem-solving skills.
