Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing deskside, desktop, or end-user support in an enterprise environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware issues.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting enterprise operating systems and end-user computing environments.

• Knowledge of user account administration and access management processes.

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Associates degree

• Industry-recognized desktop support certification

• IT service management certification

• End-user computing or workstation administration certification

• Networking fundamentals certification
