Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral devices.
Respond to incidents and service requests within established service levels.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
Support executive and VIP users with priority technical assistance.
Assist users with productivity, communication, and collaboration applications.
* Provide user guidance, training, and technical assistance as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing deskside, desktop, or end-user support in an enterprise environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware issues.
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting enterprise operating systems and end-user computing environments.
Knowledge of user account administration and access management processes.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates degree
Industry-recognized desktop support certification
IT service management certification
End-user computing or workstation administration certification
Networking fundamentals certification
