Logic Staffing is seeking an Industrial Seamstress to join our team!
Job Description
- Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch, reinforce, and assemble fabric or materials according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality to ensure they meet production standards.
- Read and interpret patterns, blueprints, or technical drawings to ensure proper construction of garments or products.
- Cut fabric or materials to size using appropriate tools and machines.
- Identify and resolve minor sewing machine issues or material defects to maintain production flow.
- Repair protective fire gear as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Move inventory to various locations using manual methods or equipment such as pallet jacks and hand carts.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
