Position: Operations Lead

Location: Kent, WA

Pay: $23/hour

Experience: 1 year of leadership experience within a shipping facility. (No forklift training required)

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Peak Seasonal Schedule (Post-Thanksgiving, 6 weeks): Saturday–Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Blackout period, flexibility required)
  
  

Logic Staffing is seeking an Operations Lead to join our team!

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee a team of 10–16 associates.
• Manage shipping flow to large brand retailers.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness against SLA and compliance requirements (vendor-specific guides provided).
• Oversee order picking (wave, batch, single orders) with a target of 120 lines per hour using RF scanners and system-driven processes.
• Assign work, monitor productivity, and adjust team/headcount to meet performance and profitability goals.
• Customer-facing responsibilities requiring strong communication via Outlook/email.
• Understand and manage chargebacks and compliance issues.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Straightforward, process-oriented leader (“no fluff” approach).
• Comfortable with IT systems and operational processes.
• Open to new policies and adaptable to business needs.
• Strong at balancing compliance with profitability.
• Understanding of WMS (Wise System).
• Basic Excel skills with the ability to use Outlook and email applications.
