What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive the success of the onsite operation, making decisions that align with both customer needs and Array’s national strategy.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
- Understand how each job on the floor is done, what the performance metrics are for success in that role, and work with TEMs to coach and train people to succeed in those roles. Identify training gaps and close them.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client, proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and service quality.
- Anticipate potential challenges and implement solutions before they become issues.
- Provide insights and recommendations to both the customer and Array leadership to enhance service effectiveness.
