Onsite Service Technician

You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of copiers and printers and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products. The pay range for this role is from $22.00-$24.00. What you will be doing: Maximizing equipment uptime through timely repairEngaging the customer to assure satisfaction.Managing time to be most effectiveDelivering toner to customer locationsManaging an accurate onsite parts inventoryWhat you will bring to the role: Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.Mechanical and electrical aptitude.Knowledge of basic networkingComputer and analytical skillsHigh School Diploma or GED required.   Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
