Job Description
- Develop and manage relationships with business clients to identify workforce needs.
- Promote staffing solutions and services to new and existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates.
- Manage client accounts and maintain consistent communication.
- Meet sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.
- Track client interactions and sales activity in internal systems.
