Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant / Administrative Operations Specialist at our Lake Mary, FL office. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additional duties include inventory and asset tracking, monitoring budgets, preparing financial summaries, managing vendor relationships, tracking license renewals, and collaborating with the Business Operations department to support strategic planning and goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial record management, account reconciliation, and preparing financial reports
- Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance standards, and audit procedures
- Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Experience with Work Management / Project Management platforms
- Inventory and Asset Management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
- 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role preferred
