Role Description

Commission-Based I High Earning Potential I Fast Growth Opportunity

We are building a door-to-door solar sales team in Sterling, IL and other areas. We are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals ready to earn real money and grow with a fast-moving company.

This is an entry-level appointment setting role. Your job is to knock doors, speak with homeowners, and set qualified appointments for homeowners interested in going solar.

This is not a desk job. It requires long hours, resilience, and the drive to push through rejection. We’re looking for competitive, coachable individuals who are serious about performance-based income.

Responsibilities:

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar
• Set qualified solar consultations
• Track daily activity and hit performance goals
• Attend team trainings and meetings
