Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, off-road dump trucks, bulldozers, or skid steers
Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on assigned equipment
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Assist with grading, excavation, site prep, and material handling
Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members
Qualifications
1 years of experience operating heavy equipment (preferred)
Valid driver's license
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Strong understanding of job site safety
Reliable and punctual
