Join our dynamic youth development team as a Youth Program Basketball Director, where you will lead engaging basketball programs designed to inspire young athletes and foster a love for sports.

As a key leader in our youth programs, you will develop innovative training sessions, oversee program operations, and ensure a safe and inclusive experience for all participants.
Responsibilities
- Manage youth program (K-8th) by creating teams, running practices and coaching coaches.
- All administrative responsibilities, including financial, equipment, gear, etc.
- Hire and manage coaches for youth program.
- Develop and foster a culture of development amongst the athletes.
- Work with High School staff to ensure vertical alignment in philosophies and coaching points.
Experience
- Proven experience in sports coaching with a focus on basketball; previous roles in teaching physical education or working with youth are highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate children and collaborate effectively with parents and team members.
Pay: From $2,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
