Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all service standards are met.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with Toast and other reservation systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs efficiently.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety regulations is essential.

Pay: $20.87 - $25.13 per hour
