Lofton Security is currently hiring a full-time Security Site Lead in the downtown Little Rock, AR area. Mon-Friday. Must have 2 years of prior security or law enforcement experience.

Job duties include, but not limited to:
- Patrol property to establish presence
- Remove unauthorized persons from the area
- Secure all exits and doors after closing
- Monitor to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
- Investigate suspicious activities
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
- Provide assistance to people in need
- Prepare and submit incidents reports of daily activities and important occurrences
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of prior security or law enforcement experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Clear criminal background
- Ability to pass a drug screen
