Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome.
- Keep the client lounge stocked and tidy.
- Collect payments and assist with billing inquiries.
- Book hotels and car rentals for clients as needed.
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A “people person” with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Some customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
