The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales growth and customer success across their assigned region by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies that drive new business, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance profitability. This role oversees a team of Business Development Managers and Territory Sales Associates, providing hands-on coaching, mentorship, and performance management to develop talent and achieve company objectives. The Regional Sales Manager will manage sales planning, pipeline development, and CRM activity while fostering collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with company initiatives. This position requires a strategic, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values continuous improvement, and can build lasting partnerships with key customers and prospects.

What we look for:
- Experienced Foodservice Leader: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in the foodservice industry, demonstrating success managing major accounts, large contracts, and achieving measurable sales growth.
- Strong Sales & Business Acumen: Highly skilled in sales strategy, prospecting, networking, coaching, negotiating, and understanding costing and pricing models to drive profitability.
- Market & Customer Insight: Deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to recommend effective product solutions and identify growth opportunities.
- Analytical & Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools, capable of analyzing data, preparing proposals, and presenting actionable insights.

- Self-Driven & Results-Oriented: Motivated, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and planning skills, flexible to travel between Loffredo branches and represent the company at events.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee & manage the performance and development of Sales Team within region. Regularly engage in 1 on 1 coaching and direction weekly, monthly and yearly. Fully engage in and manage sales team’s activities within CRM platform.
- Effectively lead and facilitate weekly & monthly sales team meetings that inspire, educate and drive sales growth.
- Plan and maintain pipeline of high value new business targets. Prioritize building & maintaining relationships with top customers and high-value prospects.
- Must have a mindset for continuous improvement and growth around technology, sales skills and product knowledge.
- Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other departments as necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
- Support and promote company initiatives and promotions. Participate in sales planning and process management.
- Communicate/collaborate effectively and professionally with co-workers and customers, both internal and external.
