Responsibilities

- Leverage knowledge and experience within the automotive industry to deliver exceptional oil change and preventative maintenance services
- Make recommendations for additional services based on a detailed inspection
- Utilize automotive knowledge to train and set the pace for new/less experienced technicians
- Assist store management with recruiting and scheduling of resources
- Address customer concerns and warranty issues
- Willingness to assume progressive levels of leadership within the organization
Experience
- 2 years of proven work experience within the automotive/quick lube industry
- Retail and/or Customer Service experience preferred
- Proficient with computers and technology
- Education - High school diploma, minimum
Competencies
- Extensive knowledge of vehicles, required services, tools, etc.
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, engaging demeanor
- Adaptable to various positions (i.e. cashier, automotive tech, leadership)
