What You'll Do
- Support the General Manager in daily shop operations
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Train and develop employees while promoting a positive team culture
- Help drive sales, service quality, and operational performance
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and company standards
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and daily administrative tasks
Qualifications
- 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coaching or developing employees preferred
- Automotive or quick-lube experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license

Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
