What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public spaces meet Loews’ exacting standards
- Analyze room turns and staffing needs, making real-time adjustments to optimize performance
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures that drive efficiency and maintain a pristine environment
- Interview, hire, and mentor team members, fostering growth and engagement
- Maintain optimal staffing levels and manage labor costs effectively
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Oversee uniform and laundry services, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Hold regular team meetings to share updates, celebrate wins, and address challenges
- Evaluate team performance and coach for continuous improvement
- Regular attendance in conformance with standards
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required
- Minimum of two (2) years housekeeping experience in hotel hospitality and minimum of two (2) years housekeeping or guest service leadership experience required
- Previous experience with Opera Property Management System preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain effective operating and control processes designed to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria
- Ability to stand for long periods of time required
- Ability to push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 25lbs
