The HUMINT Collection Manager (MID) at Fort Belvoir, VA is a full time staff role requiring TS/SCI with CI polygraph (or ability to obtain); the manager will lead strategic CI HUMINT collection management evaluating IIRs, shaping operations, and supporting all phases of the intelligence cycle drawing on CI HUMINT collection management and additional analyst experience in military or IC roles, with knowledge of ICDs 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, 707, advanced Microsoft 365 skills, and willingness to complete periodic CI scope polygraphs, plus preferred DoD/IC collection management certifications and analytic/targeting course completions.
Evaluate IIRs, shape operations, and support all phases of the intelligence cycle
Duties: Manage collection plans, prioritize and task HUMINT resources, produce intelligence products, coordinate with partners and battle staff, and ensure compliance with applicable ICDs (203, 206, 300, 501, 704, 707)
Skills: Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency; strong analytic and targeting capabilities; knowledge of CI/HUMINT tradecraft and collection management processes
Other: Willingness/ability to undergo periodic CI scope polygraph; position supports DoD/IC clients.
- 8 Full time years of experience in a strategic CI-HUMINT Collection Management role.
- 3 full-time years evaluating IIR's and providing critical thinking feedback to shape operations.
- 5 full-time years as an intelligence analyst in a Military Intelligence or IC role supporting CI, HUMINT, SR, or other sensitive/specialized intelligence activities.
- Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a CI-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
- Knowledge of Intelligence Cycle, CI-HUMINT operations, and CI-HUMINT Collection Management.
- Must have knowledge and experience with ICD 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707.
- Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities, as needed.
