What You’ll Do
- Manage financial records for multiple clients across industries
- Process A/P and A/R
- Perform bank reconciliations & maintain clean ledgers
- Prepare journal entries & support month-end close
- Analyze account activity & provide insights
- Use QuickBooks Desktop & Online daily (expert level)
- Ensure GAAP compliance & accounting accuracy
What You Bring
- 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Expert-level QuickBooks Desktop & Online skills
- Solid knowledge of GAAP
- Proficiency in Excel & accounting software
- Strong time management & multitasking skills
- Accounting degree preferred (but not required)
