Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Coordinator

Description:
Loeb & Loeb’s New York office seeks an HRIS Coordinator to support the various functions of the firm’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system, SAP SuccessFactors, including employee data management, timekeeping, recruiting, benefits. This position will support both the People Operations (HR) and local Office Administration teams.
Responsibilities:
Data Management: Input and update employee information:
- Maintain position management and update employee information
- Collect and carefully review all paperwork for entry into HRIS, including new hire forms, benefits selections, change forms, etc.
User Support: Provide support to employees and managers:
- Maintain shared HRIS troubleshooting mailbox by managing routine issues and escalating non-routine issues appropriately
- Provide support to employees and managers for staff time & attendance in Employee Central Time (ECT)
- Troubleshoot staff time sheet issues
Payroll/Benefits: Coordinate employee data changes with Managers, Payroll and Benefits teams
Reporting: Generate routine and basic ad hoc reports; review reports for accuracy
System Upgrades: Assist with system upgrades by testing features and creating Quick Reference Guides
Third Party Support: Create and maintain status of HRIS issues escalated to a customer support ticketing platform
Performance: support mid-year and annual review processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with various modules in SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with PlanSource benefits platform strongly preferred
- Law firm or other professional services firm is preferred
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle a variety of projects in a fast-paced and sometimes reactionary environment
- Ability to work some overtime as necessary to meet deadlines
