What are the responsibilities and job description for the Short Term Classified Employee - Limited Nutrition and Meal Service Assistance position at Lodi Unified School District?
BASIC FUNCTION: Assist the Nutrition Services department with food preparation and service; set up, stock, and replenish serving lines; portion and distribute meals; accurately record meal counts; maintain cleanliness of kitchen, serving, storage, and dining areas; wash dishes and equipment; receive, store, label, date, and rotate food and supplies: follow HACCP food safety standards and all sanitation and health regulations; monitor and record food and equipment temperatures; assist with inventory, restocking, and special meal events; and perform other Nutrition Service related duties at school sites, central kitchens, or other nutrition service locations.
