Duties

- Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, laundry facilities, and other designated spaces to uphold sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and storage
- Enforce safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, sanitation practices, and equipment handling
- Address guest or staff concerns promptly with professionalism and a focus on customer service excellence
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial services within hospitality or commercial environments
- Extensive janitorial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation management
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and commercial cleaning standards
- Experience managing teams in fast-paced settings with a focus on safety regulations and quality assurance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, manage schedules, and foster teamwork
- Excellent communication skills for managerial interactions, staff training, and customer service interactions
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards is preferred but not required
