Hotel Sales & Catering Coordinator

We're looking for a Sales & Catering Coordinator to join our team through the end of the year, with the potential to grow into a future role with us. What You'll Do

In this role, you'll support our Sales & Catering Enthusiasts in bringing meetings and events to life. From the first client conversation to the final goodbye, you'll help make sure every detail is thoughtfully handled. You'll:

• Serve as the go-to liaison between our clients and hotel teams, ensuring events flow smoothly from start to finish.

• Partner with our Sales Enthusiast and Lead Sales Enthusiast to support group clients during planning and execution.

• Prepare and share banquet event orders and group resumes, and help communicate event details in weekly staff meetings.

• Collaborate with our Food & Drink team on banquet functions, relaying client requests and making sure everything feels seamless.

• Coordinate event logistics-from food & beverage, AV, and special requests to rooming lists, deliveries, and amenities.

• Lead engaging site tours that showcase our spaces with confidence and enthusiasm.

• Build familiarity with our banquet menus, event spaces, and the unique touches that make Canopy stand out.

What You Bring

• 2 years of hospitality or event experience

• Familiarity with Delphi.fdc a plus

• Strong catering/banquet knowledge and a passion for detail

• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)

• A guest-first mindset with a team-player spirit

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
