Job Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology (within 5 years)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Interventional Radiology or related diagnostic radiology
- Comfortable with high X-ray/XR volume and general diagnostic radiology (approximately 60% diagnostic, 40% interventional)
- Ability to meet productivity expectations (70–90 RVUs per shift)
- Familiarity with RPCE tech stack and Powerscribe 4.0 preferred
- Temporary privileges available for candidates with a clean file
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong general diagnostic radiology services and perform lite interventional radiology procedures as needed
- Interpret a high volume of imaging studies (X-ray, CT, ultrasound) with timely, accurate reads
- Perform image-guided procedures (e.g., ultrasound- or CT-guided biopsies/aspirations, vascular access, angiographic procedures) where indicated
- Participate in scheduled call coverage and maintain responsiveness for hospital consults
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Powerscribe 4.0 and adhere to hospital EMR workflows
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital staff to deliver exceptional patient care and ensure quality outcomes
