About the Clinician's WorkdayThe clinician will provide comprehensive interventional radiology services Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no call coverage required. Daily responsibilities include performing 8-10 interventional procedures including biopsies of liver, lung, kidney, and superficial tissues, basic vascular interventional procedures for management of GI bleeds and other hemorrhages, abscess drainage, joint injections, lumbar punctures, nephrostomy tube placement, thoracentesis, and paracentesis. The position requires board certification in Vascular/Interventional Radiology and focuses exclusively on procedural interventions.
