• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,150 – $7,280
• Location: New Port Richey, FL 34655 (Florida radiology jobs / New Port Richey radiology)
• Setting: On-site overnight hospital coverage
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST (12-hour overnight shifts)
• Duration: July 12, 2026 – July 13, 2026 (per diem with potential for additional coverage)
• Employment Type: Locum tenens, per diem, on-site radiology physician

Job Requirements

• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology (board-certified radiologist)
• Active medical license in Florida (required)
• Credentialing or eligibility to credential at multiple Florida sites including HCA Florida Bayonet Point and regional hospitals
• Ability to interpret a mix of modalities: general diagnostic, stroke protocol, and trauma imaging
• Familiarity with RPCE Tech Stack and PowerScribe 4.0 highly preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant radiology experience

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site overnight diagnostic radiology coverage and timely reads
• Interpret CT, MRI, X-ray, and other imaging studies including emergent stroke and trauma cases
• Meet productivity expectations of approximately 72 RVUs per shift while maintaining high-quality reporting
• Deliver clear, concise reports using PowerScribe 4.0 and collaborate with onsite clinical teams as needed
• Ensure rapid turnaround for critical findings and support patient care decisions overnight
• Participate in coverage during select holidays as required
