This behavioral health center delivers comprehensive outpatient psychiatric and mental health services to community members requiring specialized care. The facility offers individual, group, and family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, integrated treatment for co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, medication support, case management, and community outreach programs. Culturally competent care is a component of the service model, with interpreter services available in Spanish, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.

Rialto, California offers a range of family-friendly and outdoor activities suited to diverse interests. Local attractions include Fiesta Village Family Fun Park, the San Bernardino County Museum, and the Renaissance Marketplace, as well as nearby natural destinations such as Etiwanda Falls and the Santa Ana River Bike Path. Clinicians in this role will provide full-time outpatient psychiatric services for adult patients during day shifts, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, totaling 40 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include conducting 60-minute initial psychiatric evaluations and managing 30-minute medication check appointments for adults with various mental health conditions. The clinician will utilize the myAvatar EMR system, with training provided by the facility. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
