- Credentialing Preapp and full app must be completed and submitted, Module (learn lessons), EMR Virtual (PPL) training, Site requires completion of EMR Modules and training, before first day details can be released & all candidates must complete the EMR questionnaire.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ)
• BC in Otolaryngology (Head & Neck Surg)
• BLS
• DEA (will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment)
• Available for any of the dates
• Understands & completes the EMR training requirements
• Clean record
• Local/drive-in (highly preferred)
